Here are some reasons to consider having Dr J’s Mobile Vet come to you. In order to provide the best possible care, I am pleased to be associated with All Creatures Animal Hospital, (501-525-9051, 4799 Central Ave, Hot Springs) to provide a full range of services.
Dr J’s Mobile Vet can work best for you if:
You have multiple pets who need their routine wellness exams
Your dog or cat gets stressed or sick riding in the car.
Your pet does not do well around other animals, due to fear or aggression.
Your pet is just too weak or arthritic to travel easily (i.e. hospice care).
You no longer drive and you wish to continue to provide your pet the best possible care
You want your pets’ last moments to be at home (euthanasia)
When All Creatures is your best choice:
If you have a pet emergency, take your pet directly to the clinic.
If your pet requires surgery and x-rays, you will need to bring your pet into the clinic. In some cases I may be able to transport your pet to and from the clinic for your convenience.
If your pet requires hospitalization or constant medical attention All Creatures Animal Hospital is the best place for after-hours care. Again in some cases I may be able to provide pet transportation.
THE COST & SUCH:
Though I try to keep my costs reasonable, due to the nature of these services, the cost is higher than taking your pet to a clinic. This is due to lower volume and personalized care in your home.
Many laboratory tests will take at least one day to run; I will call you with results when they are available.
